Refund & Return Policy

At Al Fiza Perfumes, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy is designed to make your experience smooth and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Returns

– Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
– Opened or used perfumes/attars cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
– Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

– Personal care items that have been opened.
– Products purchased on clearance/sale are non-refundable unless defective.
– Customized or special-order items.

3. Refund Process

– Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected.
– If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
– Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
